Steel shafts with helical plates rotated into the ground to load-bearing depth. No excavation pit, no concrete to pour, no spoil to truck off site. Engineered to AS2159 with install torque logged per pile and a certificate handed over on completion.

Foundations that have moved, brought back to spec.

If you're seeing cracking walls, uneven floors, sticking doors, or visible settlement on an older home or commercial building, underpinning with screw piles is the cleanest fix available. We work from the perimeter inward through tight-access points, drive piles to load-bearing depth, transfer the existing structural load onto the new piles, and certify the result. Most jobs leave the site looking like nothing happened.

  2. Accurate quote

    Pile counts, sizes, depth, connection detail, certification - all on the page, all priced.

  3. Engineered to spec

    Pile sizing and depth confirmed against your engineer's design and the soil report. Adjustments handled before we book in, not on the day.

  4. Installed on site

    Crew arrives with the right machine and pile stock for the job. Install torque is recorded on each pile.

  5. Certified & handed over

    AS2159 certification and full documentation handed over. Engineered to spec, load-tested, ready to build on.
